1 General description
More than 30 kinds of FCC Catalysts with good bottom cracking ability ,high yield of light oils,low coke , better heavy metal resistance and high octane barrel are developed successfully in China, which active component include REY,REHY,USY,REUSY and MFI type zeolite.More than 100,000 ton/a FCC catalyst were manufactured in china and around 90% of domestic Chinese FCC Catalyst market was occupied by RIPP's technology to process different kind feedstock and run in different types of FCC units,such as in all SINOPEC subsidiary companies-BeiJing Yanshan company,QiLU company,Shanghai Gaoqioa company,Jinling company,Maoming company. Tianjin company,Changling company,Guangzhou company, Anqing company,Jingmen company,Luoyan company,SINOPEC JiuJiang company,JiNan company, WuHan company, Changzhou company, Beihai company, FuJian petrochemical Company Limitted (FPCL)ect.) and 29 refineries in CNPC (mainly include Fushun company ,LanZhou company,DaQing company,JinZhou company and JinXi company ,ect.)Further more, catalysts developed by RIPP were also successfully applied in SK Corperation (gasoline and propylene mode,Indonesia,2003-2004),which have exhibited good gasoline yield and good bottom cracking ability.
2. Catalyst commercial expercial experience in WEPEC,China
WEPEC located at Dalian city,Liaoning province,China,is a China-French joint venture petrochemical enterprise,in which a RFCCU with capacity as 2Mt/a process mainly feedstock as 30towt% VGO+70% DSAR from Saudi Arabia and Iran light and heavy oil. In the beginning,RFCCU catalysts were purchased from international market.
In 1998,the catalyst in the RFCCU of WEPEC was replaced using RIPP's .The comparison data process performance between the two kinds of catalysts show in the following Tables.

3 Catalyst commercial experience in SK,Korea
The commercial application of HGY-2000R catalyst in RFCCU,Ulsan complex ,SK Corporation, Korea in the period from July 27,2002,to August 7,2002. During the application ,FCCU ran smoothly and stably with daily catalyst make-up rate around 20 tons under feedstock as DSAR mixed with some DAO from Mid-east crude oil and unit throughput as 50,000 BPSD-54000,BPSD. The main commercial performances are shown in the following table 9 in brief.
